Alessandro Aloi was born in Turin on December 17, 1996 and started playing golf as a kid.
He was 8 years old, launched by his father and inspired by his brother Edoardo, then National Amateur, at the Golf Club Margherita.
“When I was 14, I started to believe I could play golf seriously, although a little late compared to my peers, because at that age you have to be already at a good level“. So he put it all in and succeeded, winner as an amateur of the 2016 Trofeo Sanremo and semifinalist of the 2018 Giuseppe Silva National Trophy match-play.
A pro since 2019, coached by Sergio Bertaina historical coach of the Molinari brothers, he spent the whole season on the Alps Tour, winning the last 3 competitions.
In 2020 he took part in the Ein Bay Open and the Red Sea Little Venice Open in Egypt.
As of this year, he has a story to write.
His legends of the green are Jordan Spieth and Alex Noren, but if he could choose who to play 18 holes with, he would struggle between Michael Jordan and Tiger Woods, while daydreaming about winning the Augusta Masters.
His other great passion is motorsport: “I love everything about racing cars and I also go to the track on my motorcycle, I do enduro, motocross and I think I’m pretty good at it“.
Even in golf, the premises are more than promising.
